Online Permitting Now Available!
All building permit applications, payments, and inspection scheduling may now be completed entirely online through our Citizen Services portal, powered by the OpenGov licensing and permitting software platform. All plans and other documents required for permit approval may also be submitted electronically through the portal. The Applying for a Permit page contains step by step instructions for submitting applications through the portal. You can also schedule an appointment and staff can provide you a one-on-one tutorial for using the system.
The Community Development Department will continue to accept permit applications and plan submittals on paper through September 30, 2023. Beginning October 1, 2023, no paper submittals will be allowed.
