Yard Waste

Yard Waste Collection

Yard waste is collected on a weekly basis between April 1 and December 15 on the same day as refuse collection. Yard waste generally consists of grass clippings, twigs, leaves, and plant material such as weeds, unwanted plants, and roots. Plants and roots should be free of dirt to the furthest extent possible. Yard waste may be disposed of in two-ply kraft paper yard bags or 35-gallon cans. A yard waste sticker must be affixed to each bag or can.
