Parking Meters
Residents, commuters and visitors can utilize their smartphones to pay for parking at the Village’s 300 parking meters located along the railroad tracks on Burlington and Hillgrove Avenues. For those who prefer traditional methods, the parking meters continue to accept coins. View more information on the Village’s mobile app for parking meters (PDF)
Overnight Parking Restrictions
Overnight parking is prohibited on Village streets between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. View the Village’s overnight parking restrictions and requirements for both visitors and residents of La Grange. To register your vehicle for an online overnight parking pass, please visit the Frontline public portal.
Snow Removal
Village Ordinance O-01-18 states that it is unlawful to park any vehicle, before removal of snow, on any public street in the Village at any time within twelve (12) hours after a snowfall of two (2) inches or more has occurred.
Downtown Residential Parking Permit
Eligible residents who live within the restricted limits of downtown La Grange can apply for Lot 2A, 5A and 9A parking decals online. Downtown La Grange is generally bound by Burlington, Sixth, Harris and Ashland Avenues. The Application for Residential Parking Permit must be returned with payment to the drop box located at the Harris Avenue side ramp entrance. Spaces cannot be reserved by phone. Applications are processed daily and will be mailed to the applicant’s home address. View the Residential Parking Policies (PDF).
Overnight decals are only available to eligible residents of the Central and West End Business Districts who live in multi-family apartment buildings or condominiums constructed prior to 1991. If you have any questions regarding resident parking please call 708-579-2301
