In addition to an enhanced two-way texting system for outage related information, ComEd has announced two new Customer Communication tools including an on-line outage map and an i-Phone / Android app.
The new ComEd.com outage map will provide customers with outage information during storms and emergencies. To access the new outage map features, please visit www.ComEd.com/Map or click on the link below for more information.
The new ComEd i-Phone / Android mobile app gives customers the ability to report an outage and check the restoration status from their smartphone. Customers can also receive notifications as outage status is updated, as well as access their customer account information.
