As a result of Monday night’s storm event, the Village experienced a number of downed trees and tree branches. Those downed trees and tree branches brought down power lines causing numerous power outages throughout the Village. For safety, stay away from downed trees and power lines.
At the peak of service interruption, approximately 1,400 customers in La Grange, including one block in the CBD, were without power. By 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 25, approximately 100 households were still without power. The Village continues to take-in calls from residents without power and is attempting to coordinate restoration with ComEd.
