A power outage impacting approximately 1,300 people has been reported in the area generally bounded by Ogden, Brainard, Arlington and Gilbert Avenues, north of the railroad tracks.
The outage is a result of a tree branch impacting primary lines at Malden and Edgewood Avenues.
