The President declared a major disaster in the State of Illinois as a result of the severe storms and flooding that occurred during the period of July 22 to August 7, 2010.
The action will make Federal funding available to impacted residents starting Friday, August 20, 2010.
Assistance will be provided through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) at http://www.DisasterAssistance.gov or by calling 1-800-621-FEMA (3362).
