Staring Monday, November 2, 2015, waterproofing membrane maintenance repairs will begin on the top deck of the parking structure located at 6th Avenue and Harris Avenue. During construction, the top deck of the parking structure will be closed.
In the event that the parking garage is full, users of the parking structure should park in either Lot 2 (northeast corner of 6th Avenue and Harris Avenue), or Lot 12 (corner of Bluff and Burlington Avenues).
Residents and visitors are also encouraged to use the Village's free downtown valet service which is available on Friday and Saturday evenings between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m.
The repair work is expected to take approximately two to three weeks to complete, and will also include other repairs throughout the structure as needed.
While work is being completed, the main lobby and elevator will be temporarily closed. Please obey signage and use the stairwells located in the northwest and southeast corners of the parking structure.
