La Grange Police, in cooperation with the Cook County Department of Homeland Security, investigated a report of a suspicious package left inside St. Cletus Church at 600 W. 55th Street this evening. A perimeter of the area was established during the investigation.
The package contained clothing and was determined to be non-threatening to the public.
Residents are encouraged to report suspicious activity by dialing 9-1-1.
