The Village of La Grange is pleased to announce the launch of its newly redesigned website at www.villageoflagrange.com. The new site design provides online visitors with significantly improved navigation and search tools while also featuring a more cohesive appearance.
The redesigned website will continue to offer valuable information about Village government programs and services including meeting agendas and approved minutes; budget and financial documents; special project notices and events calendar.
Visitors to the site will also find it easier to directly contact key Village staff, access information on a variety of local businesses and services and learn more about all that La Grange has to offer.
The new website will also include a sophisticated electronic-mail announcement system called “Notify Me” which gives users the ability to select not only the type of announcements they would like to receive about the Village (Agendas, Events, News) but also the format (e-mail or text message).
Individuals that were previously registered to receive e-mail notifications from the Village are asked to visit the new website, click on “Notify Me” in the lower left hand margin of the homepage, register their e mail address and / or phone number under the new system, and select their notification preferences. E mail notifications will no longer be sent under the previous system. Subscribers are asked to set their spam blockers to allow mail from listserv@civicplus.com.
