The Village is known for its vibrant, award winning downtown, walkability and convenient rail access, which leads to a convergence of traffic from vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians. The goal of the initiative is to ensure that all residents and visitors travel safely through La Grange.
The La Grange Police Department has implemented a traffic safety educational
campaign to sensitize drivers to pedestrian traits and educate pedestrians and bicyclists about minimizing safety risks.
