A public meeting concerning the Village’s sewer system has been scheduled for Monday, October 18, 2010, in the Village Hall Auditorium beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The meeting will include a review of how the Village’s sewer system is configured and operates; its relationship to the Deep Tunnel; long range planning studies and capital improvements; and flood control measures which homeowners can undertake to protect their properties. In addition to presentations by Village staff, representatives from the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District (MWRD) will be active participants and discuss the Deep Tunnel.
There will be an opportunity for citizen questions and comments.
