The CommUNITY Diversity Group will hold its 27th Annual Race Unity Day Rally in the La Grange Village Hall Auditorium on Sunday, September 9, 2018 beginning at 3:00 p.m. The annual event is intended to bring the community together to recognize its diversity and to celebrate the Village's rich history and contributions made by all of its residents.
The CommUNITY Diversity Group is also sponsoring a free movie and discussion of "Maya Angelou: And Still I Rise" at the La Grange Public Library located at 10 W. Cossitt Avenue on Friday, September 7, 2018 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
