The La Grange Police Department is taking a proactive approach to promoting safety for motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists through both education and enforcement by participating in Illinois Speed Awareness Day on July 24, 2019.
Residents are asked to help prevent fatalities and reduce injuries on Village roadways by being aware of their speed and obeying the speed limit signs at all times.
