At the January 10, 2011 Village Board of Trustees meeting the Board considered Zoning Code amendments predominately related to accessory structures in the single family residential districts. At the direction of the Village Board two modifications to the ordinance were made related to setbacks for columns and pillars in front yards and temporary portable storage containers on single family properties.

In addition, a link to the Village Board Meeting Agenda of January 10, 2011 is below in order to provide the public with the scope of all of the suggested amendments to the residential zoning regulations. This link will be replaced with the Agenda for February 14, 2011 no later than Thursday, February 10 and will include an updated ordinance showing all of the proposed changes.
