Crosswalk striping improvements to enhance pedestrian safety at ten intersections within the Central Business District will occur beginning Tuesday, April 17 through Friday, April 21, 2023, weather permitting.
The following intersection crosswalks will be striped:
- Ashland Ave and Hillgrove Ave
- Ashland Ave and Calendar Ave
- Ashland Ave and Burlington Ave
- Burlington Ave at La Grange Rd Train Station
- Madison Ave at Harris Ave
- Madison Ave and Hillgrove Ave
- La Grange Rd at Harris Ave
- La Grange Rd at Calendar Ave
- La Grange Rd at Burlington Ave
- La Grange Rd and Hillgrove Ave
Traffic protection and temporary closures will be short in duration during the performance of this work.
